Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right follows from EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
2. Scope of Returns
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. Instead of a refund, you can also exchange the product for another one - simply let us know in your message which option you prefer.
3. Condition of the Returned Product
The returned product should be complete and undamaged beyond what was necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning. Whenever possible, please send the product back in its original packaging, as it protects the device during transport.
4. How to Return a Product
Before sending anything back, contact us by e-mail at info@fluxabee.com and provide your order number. We will confirm the return details with you. Then send the product back to us by post or courier to the following address: Fluxabee sp. z o.o. ul. Bratkowa 9, 62-023 Szczytniki, Poland
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (the product is not defective), you bear the cost of returning the product to us. If the product is defective and you return it as part of a warranty complaint, we cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
7. Complaints and Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty for defects (in Poland: rekojmia). If a product turns out to be defective, describe the defect in an e-mail to info@fluxabee.com, including your order number and, if possible, photos. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price.
