Separate terms apply to new account plans and extra scale data access bought on this website. They take precedence for these services; the general store terms still apply to hardware.

Digital service terms Withdraw from contract

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fluxabee website and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Products and Services

Fluxabee offers IoT devices and software services for beekeepers. Current descriptions, prices and availability are shown with each offer. Owner account subscriptions and additional scale access are described in section 8.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders require availability and confirmation. Available payment methods, the total price including tax and the transaction currency are shown before payment. Owner account plans and additional scale access bought on this website are processed by Stripe in PLN or EUR, depending on the selected currency. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play as described in section 8.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within Poland and 7–14 days for international orders. Free shipping applies to orders over 500 PLN within Poland. Tracking information will be provided via email.

5. Returns and Refunds

The Returns Policy describes returns of physical products. For help with cancellation, withdrawal, refunds or complaints concerning a digital service, contact info@fluxabee.com with the account email and purchase details. For purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play, use the purchase channel’s request process. These terms do not exclude applicable consumer rights.

6. Warranty

Hardware products carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Owner account subscription periods and renewal management are described in section 8.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluxabee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Account Subscriptions and Scale Access

Fluxabee offers annual owner account plans: Scale at 29 EUR including tax (scale mode without AI, 1 scale), Basic at 49 EUR (up to 10 hives in total, 2000 AI tokens, 1 scale), and Pro at 119 EUR (unlimited hives, 10000 AI tokens, 2 scales). One plan covers all apiaries owned by that account, respecting invited users’ roles. Additional access for a scale above the plan allowance costs 5 EUR including tax per year. With the first scale purchase, the first year of Scale is included. For an eligible first-scale upgrade, Basic costs 20 EUR. Pro costs 90 EUR on the website and Google Play, or 349 PLN in the App Store. These prices cover new 12 months starting on the payment date, even if part of the included Scale year has already passed. Basic then automatically renews for 49 EUR and Pro for 119 EUR every 12 months, including tax, unless renewal is cancelled. Each new scale has its own first year of service included. Another scale does not extend the account plan or grant another first-scale promotion. Paid Scale, Basic and Pro website subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months at 29 EUR, 49 EUR and 119 EUR including tax respectively. The included hardware year and migration access do not create a paid recurring subscription. Website purchases are processed by Stripe in PLN or EUR, depending on the selected currency. Manage a website subscription in your Fluxabee account. Changing a paid plan through Stripe takes effect immediately, keeps the existing renewal date and prorates the unused time. Stripe shows the amount before confirmation. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown by the store before confirmation and are managed in that same store. Renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and in the payment provider’s management page. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Additional scale access purchased on the website is a one-time yearly purchase without automatic renewal. At the start of each new Basic or Pro annual period, the new AI allowance is added to your unspent plan tokens. Unspent tokens from these plans stay on your account; separately purchased tokens do not expire. The 150 trial tokens expire after 14 days. AI requires an active plan that includes AI. Expired access does not delete saved history; the app shows which operations remain available. Refunds and cancellation are handled through the purchase channel and applicable terms.
