1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fluxabee website and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Products and Services
Fluxabee offers IoT devices and software solutions for beekeepers. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed through PayU – a secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and BLIK. Prices are displayed in PLN and include VAT.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within Poland and 7–14 days for international orders. Free shipping applies to orders over 500 PLN within Poland. Tracking information will be provided via email.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return any product in its original condition. Software licenses are non-refundable after activation. To initiate a return, contact us at info@fluxabee.com with your order number.
6. Warranty
Hardware products carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Software subscriptions are renewed annually and can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fluxabee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Mobile Application Subscriptions
The Fluxabee mobile application offers auto-renewable subscription plans available in three tiers (Hobby, Pro, Max), each available as Basic or AI variants. Subscriptions are available as yearly plans. The price and length of each subscription are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. A 14-day free trial is available for new users. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription will begin automatically and your account will be charged. The app also offers non-renewable in-app purchases, including AI token packages and scale data packages, which are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store respectively.
