You record
Clip the audio recorder to your jacket and start working. During the inspection you speak to yourself about what you're doing and seeing — the recorder captures everything, even if the inspection lasts many hours. You don't take off your gloves, don't switch anything on or off. Talking to yourself also builds discipline and brings calm to your inspections.

You upload
Once you're done, when you have a moment — at the apiary, in the car or at home — you plug the recorder into your phone with a regular USB cable. Fluxabee shows a 7-day forecast, rates when conditions are good to open a hive and connects it with the colony work history. You open the app in the morning and instantly know: where to drive, what to do in order, when the bees will be calm.
- 7-day forecast for the exact location of every apiary — not city weather, but precise weather for the spot where your hives stand.
- Algorithm combining 12+ parameters — temperature and its rate of change, pressure and its rate of drop, precipitation, wind and gusts, humidity, cloud cover, UV, dew point, sunshine.
- Green windows for hive inspection — hour by hour you see when to open the hive and when to leave it be. Example: Tuesday 2–5 p.m. — perfect, Wednesday all day — leave them alone.
- Warning about bee nervousness — pressure drops before a storm, muggy air or strong wind make a colony aggressive. Those hours are marked in the forecast — you know when to put on the full suit and when gloves will do.
- Task list with priorities for each hive — tasks from your voice recordings sorted: most urgent on top, overdue in red, the rest below.
- History suggests what to check — the app remembers when you last checked swarming mood, added a super or replaced a queen. Next to every hive you see "last inspection 9 days ago" and "swarming state not checked for 14 days".
